James Steele
James Steele founded the Steele Group with a simple commitment — to do every job right, the first time. Growing up around machinery and construction on Long Island, he built his business on hard work, integrity, and respect for the community. James remains directly involved in daily operations, ensuring every project meets the company’s high standards.
Our Team
Behind every project is a skilled team of 10 operators, drivers, and technicians who take pride in their craft. The Steele fleet includes:
- 3 Excavators for foundation, drainage, and rock work
- Compact Track Loaders & Mini Excavators for precision jobs
- Ditch Witch & Skid Steers for tight-access trenching and grading
- Trucks & Trailers for hauling, debris, and equipment transport
